SWARNAMBIGAI JEWELLERS is looking for an experienced, responsible, and people-oriented HR Manager to manage and strengthen our human resources functions.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, attendance, payroll coordination, HR policies, and employee development. Experience in the jewellery, retail, showroom, or similar customer-facing industry will be an added advantage.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage the complete HR operations of the organisation.
- Plan and execute recruitment activities based on business and manpower requirements.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
- Recruit suitable candidates for sales, accounts, administration, IT, and other showroom/office positions.
- Maintain proper employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage employee attendance, leave, shift schedules, and employee-related records.




- Coordinate with the accounts/payroll team for accurate and timely salary processing.
- Monitor employee performance and coordinate performance appraisals and reviews.
- Develop and implement employee training and development programs.
- Identify training requirements, especially for sales, customer service, product knowledge, and professional conduct.

Requirements Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in HR management or a similar role.
- Experience in retail, jewellery, showroom, or customer-facing organisations will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and employee management.
- Good understanding of attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
- Knowledge of applicable labour laws and statutory HR requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
