Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled D365 FO Technical Consultant with hands-on experience in X++, extensions-based development, reporting, projects. The role demands robust technical knowledge, and the ability to work closely with functional and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, customize, develop and testing solutions using X++, extensions framework, and Visual Studio.
- Develop integrations using OData, Custom Services, REST APIs, Azure Functions, Batch Jobs.
- Work on Data Entities, Data Management Framework (DMF), Data Migration.
- Design & develop reports using SSRS/Power BI Embedded and custom print formats.
- Create technical design documents (TDD), technical specifications, and implementation documents.
- Work with Power Platform: Power Automate workflows for business automation
- Support performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting across environments.
- Good to have knowledge of LCS for environment management, monitoring.




- Participate in full lifecycle implementations, support and upgradation projects.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and client stakeholders for requirement mapping & solution design.

Core Technical Skills Required

- Hands-on development in X++, SQL Server, and D365 FO Extensions Framework

- Experience in
- Customizations and integrations in D365 FO
- Data Entities & DMF

- SSRS report development
- Electronic Reporting (ER/GER) added advantage
- Good understanding of D365 FO Finance, SCM, and T&L; modules from a technical perspective

Additional Skills (Preferred)

- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Dataverse, Virtual Entities, Power BI embedded into FO
- Knowledge of Azure Integration patterns (Logic Apps, Function Apps)
- Experience in integrations with 3rd-party systems (eCommerce, CRM, Payment, EDI, Warehouse)

Must Have

- 1-2 years of D365 FO Technical exposure
- Need to work on multiple projects across different business industries
- Strong debugging and documentation skills
- communication & client-facing capability
- Must be open to work in the night shift model
