Key Responsibilities

- Social Media Execution

Manage day-to-day content across Instagram and other relevant social platforms.

Execute the monthly social media calendar.

Schedule and publish posts, Reels, Stories and other content.

Ensure all content is aligned with Mulmul’s premium brand identity.

Maintain consistency in tone, visual language and storytelling.

- Reels & Short-Form Content

Ideate and create engaging Reels and short-form videos.

Stay updated with relevant fashion and social media trends.

Identify trends that can be adapted to Mulmul’s aesthetic.

Develop engaging hooks, captions and storytelling formats.

Experiment with recent formats to improve reach and engagement.

- Content Planning

Support the Social Media Manager in developing weekly and monthly content calendars.

Plan content around

New collections

Product launches

Festive occasions

Fashion trends

Styling

Store launches

Brand stories

Customer moments

Coordinate with the creative team to ensure timely availability of content.

- Shoot & Production Coordination

Assist in planning and coordinating social media shoots.

Coordinate with photographers, videographers, stylists, models and agencies.

Prepare shot lists and content requirements.

Be present during shoots to ensure required social media content is captured.

Organise and maintain the social media content library.

- Stories & Daily Engagement

Manage daily Instagram Stories and ensure the page remains active and engaging.

Create interactive Stories using polls, questions, quizzes, product features and other formats.

Highlight current arrivals, styling ideas, stores, events and customer experiences.

- Community Management

Monitor comments, DMs, mentions and customer interactions.

Respond to customers in a warm and brand-appropriate manner.





Escalate product/service-related queries to the relevant teams.

Track customer conversations and identify useful insights.

- Influencer & Creator Coordination

Support influencer and creator collaborations.

Coordinate product dispatches, content requirements and posting timelines.

Track creator content and maintain a database of collaborations.

Monitor performance of influencer content.

- Retail & Store Content

Coordinate with store teams to source relevant content.

Create social content around store launches, events and customer experiences.

Identify interesting in-store moments that can be converted into social content.

Support initiatives designed to drive customers from social media to stores.

- Competitor & Trend Tracking

Regularly monitor premium fashion and lifestyle brands.

Track emerging social media formats, trends and content styles.

Share relevant content ideas and observations with the team.

Identify opportunities for Mulmul to create differentiated content.

- Reporting & Performance

Track weekly/monthly performance of social content.

Monitor reach, views, engagement, saves, shares and follower growth.

Identify high-performing and underperforming content.

Share insights with the Social Media Manager and suggest improvements.

What We’re Looking For

1–4 years of experience in social media, content or digital marketing.

Experience with fashion, premium retail, luxury, beauty or lifestyle brands preferred.

Strong understanding of Instagram and Reels.

Excellent visual sense and understanding of premium aesthetics.

Valuable copywriting and caption-writing skills.

Strong understanding of current social media trends.

Comfortable coordinating shoots and working with creative teams.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work quickly and manage multiple deadlines.
