Educational Qualification

Bachelor's / Masters degree in social work / social sciences (psychology) preferably women.

Professional experience

- 1 to 3 years of working in the development sector
- Experience in project execution and coordination
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and online communication platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams).

Skills expected

- Good communication skills
- Self-motivated, works independently and comfortable with youth of both genders
- Ability to complete multiple assignments within provided time constraints with minimal supervision.
- Versatile to work flexi timings and late evenings till 8pm

- Work on weekends
- Willing to travel Pan India

Summary of the Role Project Associate is responsible for the implementation of the Scholarship Program. Works closely with students (applicants, beneficiaries) and different stakeholders in the program and responsible for the entire project life cycle as per the project activities, maintaining data and documentation, managing different partners and beneficiaries.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan,



deliver, monitor and review of all project activities as per timelines
- Schedule, coordinate and organize outreach, onboarding events, workshops, training programs/sessions with respective stakeholders
- Logistics arrangements for students for attending the programs and parents Pan India
- Coordinate with students applicants, scholars, resource persons, trainers, employees volunteers, etc.
- Conduct visits to colleges, hotels, events venues and training centers.
- Implementation of online portal to maintain the database of students and all the activities.
- Liasioning & Networking with engineering colleges and vendors
- Documentation of regular reports, annual reports, and other information related to project
- Provides information/ supports to parents, potential students/ students’ applicants, scholars stakeholders on the program, guidelines, etc.
- Point of contact for all communications with students’ applicants, scholars, parents, counselors and college representatives and all stakeholders/ partners
