Role Description The Associate role at SAVOmart is a full time, on-site position based in Chennai. The Associate will support daily store operations, including assisting customers, managing shelves and displays, and ensuring products are well-stocked and clearly labeled.

Responsibilities also include handling basic billing tasks, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and coordinating with team members to provide efficient service. The role requires active engagement with customers, responding to inquiries, and helping them find products that meet their needs. Associates may also help with inventory checks,



receiving deliveries, and participating in promotional activities as required.

Qualifications

- Customer service skills, including clear communication, active listening, and a helpful approach to assisting shoppers.
- Basic retail operations skills such as handling billing systems, cash management, and stock handling.
