Role Description The Associate role at Rehan'Z Creator Network is a full time, on-site position based in Kolkata. In this role, the Associate will support the planning and execution of influencer marketing campaigns, including researching and identifying suitable creators, coordinating outreach, and managing communication between brands and creators.

Daily tasks include assisting with campaign briefs, monitoring content performance, updating internal trackers, and preparing reports and summaries for the team and clients. The Associate will help manage creator relationships, support brand collaboration activities, and contribute to social media growth initiatives.



The role also involves working closely with internal teams to ensure timelines are met, deliverables are on-brand, and client expectations are addressed promptly.

Qualifications

- Strong interest in influencer marketing, social media, and digital branding, with the ability to understand campaign objectives and audience behavior.
- Skills in research, data gathering, and basic analysis to identify relevant creators and evaluate campaign performance.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for professional outreach, coordination, and documentation.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple campaigns, track deliverables, and meet deadlines.
- Comfort with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools, email, and messaging platforms).
- Ability to work collaboratively in office with cross-functional teams in Kolkata and maintain a professional, inclusive work approach.
- Prior exposure to marketing, social media management, or creator coordination is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Relevant education or training in marketing, communications, media, or a related field is an advantage.
