Position: Associate Professor / Professor – Clinical Psychology

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Clinical Psychology and related areas.
- Conduct lectures, tutorials, practical sessions, case discussions, and clinical training as per the curriculum.
- Supervise and mentor students in clinical assessment, case formulation, psychological interventions, research projects, and practical training.
- Guide students in dissertations, research projects, academic presentations, and clinical assignments.
- Develop course content, lesson plans, assessments, case studies, and other academic resources.
- Conduct and publish high-quality research in reputed national and international journals.
- Develop and lead research projects and contribute to collaborative and interdisciplinary research.
- Mentor junior faculty members and contribute to the academic development of the department.
- Participate in seminars, conferences, workshops, FDPs, guest lectures, and academic events.
- Contribute to curriculum development, academic planning, examination, assessment, and quality enhancement initiatives.
- Support admissions, student mentoring, departmental administration, accreditation, and institutional activities.
- Maintain appropriate academic and clinical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable University, UGC, and RCI guidelines/norms, wherever applicable.
- Undertake other academic and administrative responsibilities assigned by the University.

Educational Qualification & Eligibility
- M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology from a recognised institution.




- Valid RCI Registration / CRR Number, as applicable.
- Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology / Psychology or a relevant discipline will be preferred/required as per applicable norms.
- Relevant teaching, research, and clinical experience as prescribed under applicable University/UGC/RCI norms.
- Strong academic record with research publications in reputed journals will be preferred.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
