– Survey Field Specialist / Client Servicing Lead Position: Survey Field Specialist / Client Servicing Lead

Department: Primary Research

Reporting To: Delivery Manager

Location: Gurugram / Pune

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience: 3–7 Years

About The Role We are looking for an experienced Survey Field Specialist / Client Servicing Lead to manage end-to-end online survey fieldwork operations. The role involves overseeing survey execution, vendor and respondent management, client coordination, data quality assurance, project tracking, and MIS reporting.

The ideal candidate should possess strong field management experience, expertise in online survey platforms, and the ability to deliver projects within timelines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities 1. Survey Fieldwork Management

- Plan, manage, and execute online survey projects from launch to closure.
- Monitor survey progress against quotas, timelines, and project objectives.
- Assign and track survey targets, respondent recruitment, and field activities.
- Manage survey feasibility, incidence rates, and sample procurement.
- Ensure timely completion of surveys while maintaining productivity targets.

2. Vendor & Supplier Management

- Coordinate with panel partners, field vendors, and sample providers.
- Negotiate and manage project timelines, costs, and respondent deliveries.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards.

3. Data Quality & Compliance

- Ensure strict compliance with survey methodologies, sampling plans, and SOPs.
- Conduct quality checks to identify duplicate, fraudulent, incomplete, or inconsistent responses.
- Monitor data validation and coordinate with data-processing teams for corrections.
- Maintain detailed documentation and project records.




- Ensure adherence to quality control processes and client expectations.

4. Client & Stakeholder Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding fieldwork progress.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Operations, Programming, and Data Processing teams.
- Provide regular project updates and proactively manage escalations.
- Support client reviews, feedback sessions, and project discussions.

5. Reporting & MIS

- Prepare daily, weekly, and project-specific status reports.
- Track and report key metrics:

- Survey completes

- Quota achievement

- Data quality indicators

- Productivity levels

- Rejection and fraud rates

- Vendor performance

- Project profitability

- Timeline adherence
- Maintain accurate MIS and project documentation.

6. Survey Platforms & Technology

- Work extensively on survey platforms such as Decipher and Qualtrics .
- Manage survey monitoring, quota controls, redirects, and respondent flow.
- Troubleshoot survey-related issues and coordinate with technical teams.
- Ensure effective utilization of online survey tools and methodologies.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- 3–7 years of experience in:

- Experience managing online quantitative research projects.
- Strong understanding of survey sampling methodologies and fieldwork operations.

- 3–7 years of experience in Online Fieldwork / Survey Operations / Client Servicing .
- Hands-on expertise in Decipher and Qualtrics , especially redirects and quota management.
- Strong exposure to respondent sample management and vendor coordination.
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven experience in maintaining data quality and delivering client satisfaction.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
