About the Role

Latinem is looking for an experienced Associate Manager - Procurement to manage end-to-end procurement activities for consultancy services, construction works, and project-related procurement requirements. The role will support Australia-based project teams in vendor selection, tender management, contract administration, commercial evaluations, and SAP procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle from sourcing to consultant/vendor appointment.
- Prepare RFPs, tender documents, scopes of work, and procurement schedules.
- Coordinate tendering activities, vendor communications, and commercial evaluations.
- Analyze quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare comparative statements, evaluation reports, and recommendation notes.
- Handle Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Purchase Orders (POs), and vendor registration in SAP.
- Support preparation, review, and execution of consultancy agreements and contracts.
- Monitor procurement budgets, cost variances, and procurement savings.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance standards, and contractual obligations.
- Coordinate with project, design, finance,



legal, and construction teams for procurement activities.
- Maintain procurement records, reports, trackers, and audit documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in Construction, Real Estate, or Infrastructure Procurement.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience handling procurement of construction services, works, and materials.
- Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Experience in large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
- Strong commercial acumen and contract negotiation skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Membership with AIQS, RICS, or similar skilled body will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to international construction projects and procurement practices.
