- Handle recent group setups, renewals, amendments, terminations, and maintenance
- Configure benefit plans, accumulators, eligibility rules, and plan attributes
- Analyze business requirements, benefit documents, contracts, and implementation guides
- Perform configuration validation and unit testing
- Support QA testing, defect resolution, implementation, and production stabilization
- Maintain configuration documentation and implementation records
