About RudraSetu

RudraSetu is a growing D2C spiritual brand. We sell authentic Rudraksha, malas and bracelets through our own online store. We're a small team, so your work goes live quickly and you'll see its impact directly.

What you'll do

- Design creatives for our social media: posts, carousels, stories and reels
- Design website banners and edit product images for our online store
- Photograph new products as needed (about once every two months, 10–20 products per shoot)
- Create ad creatives, especially AI video ads and reels, and support our marketing agency with ad creative needs
- Create other graphics as the business needs them
- Help with order packaging when needed. Everyone at RudraSetu learns the packaging steps

What we're looking for

- Strong design basics: layout,



typography, colour and brand consistency
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for design, image editing and video
- Speed and consistency. We value regular, reliable output over a handful of polished pieces.
- An analytical mindset: willing to look at what performs and improve based on it
- Clear communication and professional conduct
- Basic product photography skills (a plus)
- Interest in the spiritual or lifestyle space (a plus)

Working hours

- Monday to Friday: 10 AM – 7 PM
- Saturday: 10 AM – 2 PM
- Sunday: weekly off
