Making an impact. What will you do?

- In this role you will be responsible for mechanical maintenance (preventive, predictive and corrective) of all process static equipment, like vessels, Reactors, Reformer, heat exchangers etc.
- Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining mechanical equipment necessary for safe and reliable performance of Hydrogen and ASU Plants.
- Further you will be responsible for pre / post outage performance analysis of equipment, turnaround and outage planning and execution, manpower planning, contract manpower handling, planning and maintaining e-work order management system and implementation of best practices for equipment inspection, spare parts management, repair methodology, and preventative maintenance (PM) of plant equipment.
- Downtime analysis and follow up action plan for its reduction, providing support for Root cause analysis program and completion of actions by team members is a part of your responsibility.
- Moreover, you are in charge for maintenance and troubleshooting of rotating equipment like centrifugal compressors, turbines, pumps, blowers, fans etc.
- Furthermore, you will develop and execute secure maintenance work practices,



support senior management in complying with all internal and external safety and environmental requirements and in meeting site safety, reliability and efficiency goals.
- Likewise you will support in implementation and management of mechanical integrity program.

Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?

- You have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent with fifteen to twenty-five (15-25) years of working experience in a continuous production facility preferably in Fertilizers, Methanol, Refinery and Petrochemical industries, ASU.
- Further you have minimum four to six (4-6) years of experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of process equipment in Steam Methane Reformer Plants (Ammonia Plant / Methanol Plant / Refinery Hydrogen Units) and Air separation plant.
