HR Associate – Fresher
Location: Nerul, Navi Mumbai
Work Mode: In office
Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Associate to support our day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee coordination, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment and interview coordination.
Support employee onboarding and documentation.
Maintain HR records and attendance data.
Handle basic employee queries and coordination.
Assist the HR team with daily activities.
Requirements:
Graduate in any stream.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
