Manage the complete recruitment and selection process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
Develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures, and employee guidelines.
Handle employee attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR records.
Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and workplace concerns professionally.
Conduct performance appraisals and support employee development initiatives.
Coordinate training and development programs to improve employee skills and productivity.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee documentation and HR databases.
Monitor employee engagement, discipline, and workplace culture.
Work closely with management on manpower planning, retention, and overall HR strategy.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
