Job Summary

Web India Branding & Marketing Private Limited is looking for a proactive and responsible HR Manager to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, performance monitoring, and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities .
Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination .
Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and workplace discipline .
Monitor employee performance, KPIs, and appraisal processes .
Handle employee concerns, grievances, engagement, and retention.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation .




Coordinate with department heads on manpower planning and employee development .
Prepare monthly HR reports and provide updates to management.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field .
1–2 years of HR experience , preferably in an IT or service-based company.
Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations .
Robust communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR tools .
Ability to manage HR operations independently and professionally .
