Job Role: HR Recruiter(Non-IT )

Location: Chandigarh

Work Mode: Onsite

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

We are looking for a Non-IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates across various Non-IT functions and industries.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to joining.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other channels.
Screen candidates based on job requirements and conduct initial interviews.
Handle hiring for Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, HR, Operations,Admin, and other Non-IT positions.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and ensure regular follow-ups until joining.




Understand client requirements and deliver relevant profiles within timelines.
Negotiate offers and manage candidate closures.
Maintain recruitment MIS and daily/weekly hiring reports.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment.
Positive understanding of sourcing and candidate screening.
Experience handling volume and/or lateral hiring will be an advantage.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to work with targets and meet recruitment deadlines.
Candidates with experience in agency recruitment/staffing will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
