Role Overview

TRUGlobal is looking for an organized and proactive HR Operations Executive to support day-to-day HR activities and ensure a smooth employee lifecycle experience. The ideal candidate will have around 1+ years of experience in HR Operations, solid coordination skills, positive communication, and hands-on experience with HR processes and HRMS.

Key Responsibilities
Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.
Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
Coordinate employee transfers, confirmations, promotions and other lifecycle activities.
Handle employee exit and full-and-final documentation processes.
Maintain attendance, leave and employee-related data.
Coordinate with payroll teams for monthly payroll inputs and employee changes.
Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, documentation, leave and other HR processes.
Prepare HR letters, certificates and other employee documents.




Maintain HRMS/HRIS data and ensure accuracy of employee information.
Support background verification and other pre-employment processes.
Prepare HR MIS reports and maintain HR trackers.
Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal HR activities.
Ensure HR processes and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
Coordinate with internal teams and employees to resolve HR operational issues.

Required Skills
1+ year of experience in HR Operations/HR Generalist activities.
Good understanding of employee lifecycle processes.
Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive documentation and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
