As Country Club enters an exciting phase of global expansion, we are looking for young, dynamic talent to support our growth and help build high-performing teams across our expanding business.

We are seeking an experienced and energetic HR qualified specializing in Talent Acquisition, with solid expertise in recruiting Marketing and Sales professionals.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the marketing talent market and can proactively identify, attract, and hire high-performing professionals to support our organization’s growth and global expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Marketing and Sales positions
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and professional networks
Build a robust pipeline of young and experienced marketing talent across various levels
Understand business requirements and develop effective candidate profiles
Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews
Collaborate with senior management and business heads on hiring requirements
Develop and maintain a database of potential marketing candidates
Support employer branding and cutting-edge recruitment initiatives




Help attract young talent capable of contributing to Country Club’s global growth
Ensure the timely closure of critical positions

Candidate Profile
3–7 years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition
Strong experience recruiting Marketing and Sales talent
Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to identify high-quality candidates and assess their suitability
Target-oriented, proactive, and energetic
Passion for identifying young, ambitious talent and building high-performing teams
Experience in hospitality, leisure, FMCG, retail, real estate, or similar consumer-facing industries is an advantage
