Job chance: We are looking for an energetic and organized HR to manage end to end recruitment (Blue collar Hiring)
Key responsibilities
Sourcing candidates through job portals, local networks, bulk hiring, campus hiring.
Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with operations/hiring manager to understand work force requirements.
Maintain a database of workers and tracking hiring status.
Support onboarding and documentation process.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
