Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month

What We’re Looking For :
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes
Ability to source and screen candidates
Comfortable working with recruitment targets
Proactive, confident, and self-motivated
Willingness to learn and grow in the HR/recruitment field
Freshers with positive communication skills are welcome to apply

Key Responsibilities :
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels
Screen and shortlist candidates according to client requirements




Conduct initial candidate interactions and interviews
Coordinate interviews between candidates and client companies
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Maintain candidate records and recruitment data
Achieve assigned recruitment targets within the given timelines
Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline
