Job Summary

We are looking for an Inside Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for Oil & Gas and Manufacturing industry requirements. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and maintaining regular communication with candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, WorkIndia, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates for technical and non-technical positions.
Screen candidates through telephonic discussions and assess their experience, skills, salary expectations, and notice period.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily MIS reports.
Coordinate for offer letters, joining formalities, and documentation.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.




Handle multiple positions and recruitment requirements simultaneously.
Maintain good relationships with candidates and ensure a positive recruitment experience.

Preferred Skills
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in recruitment / staffing / consultancy.
Knowledge of Oil & Gas, Engineering, Manufacturing, Production, Maintenance, Quality, Projects, and Technical profiles will be an advantage.
Valuable knowledge of job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and WorkIndia.
Positive follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment trackers.
