About the Role

We are looking for an Integrated Marketing Manager to manage and coordinate marketing execution across Growth, E-commerce, Content, Design, Trade, Website, Science, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the overall marketing and launch calendar.
Convert marketing strategies into actionable plans and timelines.
Coordinate campaigns and launches across multiple teams.
Track deliverables, deadlines, budgets, and campaign progress.
Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and external partners.
Identify execution bottlenecks and ensure timely resolution.
Prepare marketing updates and reports for management.

Requirements




4–7 years of relevant marketing experience.
Experience across digital, brand, content, trade, or e-commerce marketing.
Solid planning, coordination, prioritisation, and communication skills.
Experience managing agencies/vendors and tracking budgets.
MBA/business education preferred but not mandatory.
Experience in pharma, nutraceutical, wellness, or FMCG is an advantage.

Interview Process Shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete a practical launch-planning exercise.

Reporting to: Founder / Management

Joining: Immediate

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 50.0 per week
