About the Role

We are hiring Inside Sales / Academic Counselors for our Bangalore location. The role involves connecting with prospective students and parents, understanding their educational requirements, and providing guidance about JEE/NEET programs and available academic offerings.

The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, conducting calls, counseling students, following up with prospects, and converting interested candidates into enrollments through consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct cold, inbound, and outbound calls with prospective students and parents.
Counsel students regarding JEE/NEET programs, courses, fees, and academic offerings.
Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable programs.
Manage the sales cycle from lead handling to conversion and enrollment.
Follow up regularly with prospective students to maximize conversions.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads,



follow-ups, and conversions.
Prepare and share daily/weekly performance reports with the Team Leader.
Assist students and parents in making informed academic and career decisions.
Handle customer queries and maintain professional communication throughout the sales process.

Requirements
Any Graduate can apply.
Freshers and candidates with up to 5 years of experience can apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive understanding of student requirements and academic counseling.
Knowledge of JEE/NEET programs and curriculum will be an advantage.
Robust negotiation, persuasion, and conversion skills.
Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.
Valuable follow-up, organizational, and reporting skills.
Laptop is mandatory.
English and regional language communication skills preferred.
