Implementation Analyst – E-Invoicing & Digital Compliance

We are looking for an Implementation Analyst with experience in software implementation, system integration, and client coordination to support E-Invoicing and Digital Compliance projects.

Key Responsibilities
Manage software implementation, configuration, testing, UAT, and go-live activities.
Understand business requirements and translate them into implementation solutions.
Work on API, JSON, SFTP, data mapping, and system integrations.
Coordinate with clients, product, technical, tax, and internal teams.
Troubleshoot implementation/integration issues and drive timely resolution.




Maintain implementation documentation and support post-go-live activities.

Required Skills
3–8 years of experience in Implementation, Integration, Application Support, or similar roles.
Hands-on experience with API/integration, JSON, mapping, and troubleshooting.
Valuable communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with SAP/Oracle/Dynamics or similar ERP systems is an added advantage.
E-Invoicing, GST/VAT, Tax Tech, or Digital Compliance experience is preferred.
