Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in day-to-day activities. This internship provides hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR documentation, onboarding, and other HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Assist with onboarding and joining formalities for current employees.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Prepare HR-related documents, reports, and trackers.
Support employee engagement activities, events, and internal communications.
Assist the HR team with attendance, leave, and other administrative activities.
Help coordinate training and development programs.
Respond to basic employee queries and direct them to the appropriate HR team member.
Ensure HR documentation is organized and maintained confidentially.




Support the HR team with other administrative and organizational tasks as required.

Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Robust organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
