Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through Naukri, TimesJobs, Shine, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Explain job roles, responsibilities, and client requirements to candidates.
Coordinate candidate interviews with client managers and HR teams.
Share shortlisted profiles and collect interview feedback.
Coordinate offers, salary discussions, and documentation.
Follow up with selected candidates until successful joining.
Maintain daily recruitment reports and MIS.
Stay updated on hiring trends and share recruitment insights with the team.
