Job Title: Industrial Trainee Financial Modelling & Project Evaluation (Real Estate)

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain financial models for real estate projects.
Evaluate project feasibility using cash flow analysis, IRR, NPV, and profitability metrics.
Support land acquisition, project budgeting, and investment appraisal activities.
Conduct market research and financial analysis for recent development opportunities.
Assist in project MIS, forecasting, and management presentations.

Eligibility:
CA Inter qualified and eligible for Industrial Training.
Solid understanding of finance, accounting, and financial statements.
Positive knowledge of Excel and financial modelling.
Interest in real estate/project finance.

Preferred Skills: Financial Modelling, Project Evaluation, Real Estate Finance, DCF, IRR, NPV, Advanced Excel, Budgeting, Forecasting, Investment Analysis.
