Key Responsibilities
Generate and handle current leads for residential & commercial interior projects.
Manage inside sales, client calls, follow-ups and current business development.
Attend client meetings and site visits.
Understand client requirements and convert leads into confirmed projects.
Prepare and present 2D layouts and 3D interior designs.
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercials and close recent deals.
Manage complete project execution at the site.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors and clients.
Ensure projects are completed on time with required quality and within budget.
Essential Skills
AutoCAD 2D Designing
SketchUp / 3ds Max – 3D Designing
V-Ray / Enscape or similar rendering software
Interior designing & space planning
Interior site execution & project management
Lead generation & inside sales
Client handling & meetings
Sales negotiation & deal closure
Interior costing & material knowledge
Vendor & contractor management
Preferred Candidate
Someone who can independently handle the complete process:
Generate Lead Meet Client Design Quote Close Deal Manage Site Project Handover
Candidates with experience in interior designing + sales + site/project management will be strongly preferred.
