The role includes managing and supporting day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure, systems, user support, information security, and IT compliance activities. The role requires hands-on experience in IT administration and technical support, rather than software development.

Qualification
Manage day-to-day IT infrastructure, systems, hardware, software, and network operations.
Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, email, and system-related issues.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT systems and devices.
Manage user accounts, access permissions, and basic IT security controls.
Maintain IT assets, inventory, documentation, and system records.
Create, maintain, and implement IT SOPs, policies, and procedures.
Support internal and external IT audits, including documentation and evidence preparation.




Assist with ISO-related IT compliance and corrective-action requirements.
Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers.
Monitor backups, antivirus, system security, and other IT controls.
Maintain records of IT incidents, changes, access controls, and other IT activities.
Experience in IT support, IT administration, IT infrastructure, or IT operations.
Hands-on troubleshooting experience with hardware, software, networks, and systems.
Experience with IT SOPs, internal/external audits, and ISO compliance is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Applications, or a related field.
