Techgenyz is looking for an Intern Editor to support the editorial, content editing, and publishing operations of our technology-focused digital media platform.

Key Responsibilities
Review, edit, proofread, and improve technology articles before publication
Ensure content is explicit, accurate, well-structured, and reader-friendly
Check headlines, subheadings, grammar, tone, formatting, facts, and overall article quality
Format and publish articles using WordPress
Handle basic on-page SEO, internal linking, categories, tags, and content optimization
Select, optimize, and manage images for articles
Conduct basic research and fact-checking when required
Use Generative AI and research tools responsibly to support editing, research, and content improvement
Write and contribute technology articles when required
Follow Techgenyz's editorial standards and publishing workflow

What We’re Looking For
Strong written English,



proofreading, and editing skills
Positive editorial judgment and solid attention to detail
Basic understanding of SEO and WordPress
Interest in technology, digital media, journalism, and online publishing
Comfortable using research and Generative AI tools
Willingness to learn and work within a structured editorial environment
Based in Kolkata or nearby and comfortable working in a hybrid setup

Preferred Educational BackgroundCandidates from English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Communication, Technology, Computer Science, or related fields are welcome to apply.

Freshers, students, and recent graduates who want hands-on experience in technology journalism, editing, SEO, WordPress, and digital publishing are encouraged to apply.
