Job Requirements
Thorough knowledge and hands-on experience in Injection Moulding.
Experience in Plastic Industry is preferred.
Exposure to Plastic Processing Technology and Mould Flow Analysis will be an added advantage.
Experience in New Mould / New Product Establishment, from DR to SOP.
Strong experience in troubleshooting and improvement of existing moulds to achieve target cycle time, rejection, and productivity.
Role & responsibilities
Involve in Current Product Establishment from DR to SOP.
Participate in in-house and supplier activities for cycle time reduction, rejection reduction, and changeover time reduction.
Ensure timely adherence to SOP requirements for recent projects / recent processes.
Handle mould/process troubleshooting and improvement activities.
Report day-to-day activities and progress to the PE In-Charge.
