Role & responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients, insurance providers, and healthcare specialists in the US.
Assist in the verification of insurance eligibility, advantages, and authorization requirements.
Support medical billing and claims processing, including denial management and payment follow-up.
Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions using company CRM tools.
Provide information and assistance related to medical procedures, billing status, and claim resolution.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and data privacy standards.
Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors as needed.
Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as quality, accuracy, and call handling time.
