Lead and manage the Internal Audit function across the organization.
Design and execute risk-based audit plans.
Conduct branch, operational, process, and compliance audits.
Drive field-level audits and regular branch reviews.

The Successful

Applicant - 10+ years of experience in Internal Audit, Operational Audit, Risk Audit, or Branch Audit.
Prior experience within NBFCs, Banks, Housing Finance Companies, Microfinance Institutions, or other lending businesses.
Solid exposure to branch audits and field audits is mandatory.
