Experience in Internal Audit/ Process review concepts & methodology
Exposure in Risk Consulting across any sector
Processes, Sub-processes, and Activities as well as their relationship
Demonstrate solid project management abilities through effective communication and management of stakeholder expectations across all engagements.
Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX) & IFC
IT System(s) in use/ ERP Workplace
Excellent presentation skills and ability to effectively communicate proposals and point of view at senior management levels
Should have valuable Team Management experience
Lead and manage teams in evaluating and performing process review of the designs.
Lead kick-off meetings, status, and closing meetings with engagement teams. GRCAP
Should be either CA or MBA
