Icu IntensivistRoles & Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive medical care and clinical management to critically ill patients in the ICU.
Conduct regular patient assessments, ICU rounds, and monitor clinical progress and treatment outcomes.
Manage patients requiring mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic support, sedation, and other critical care interventions.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies, patient deterioration, and code blue situations.
Perform and supervise critical care procedures as per clinical requirements and hospital protocols.
Review and interpret laboratory, radiology, and other diagnostic investigations to guide treatment decisions.
Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and effective patient care.
Communicate patient condition, treatment plans,



and clinical updates effectively with patients’ attendants and families.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, procedures, and clinical progress.
Adhere to ICU protocols, infection-control practices, patient-safety standards, and hospital policies.
Support quality-improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and continuous improvement of ICU services.
Guide and support junior doctors and clinical staff in the management of critically ill patients.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
