Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls, emails and other communication channels.
Communicate professionally with international customers and understand their requirements.
Provide accurate information and suitable solutions to customer queries.
Assist customers with product, service and process-related concerns.
Maintain a positive and qualified customer experience.
Follow up with customers whenever required.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and updates.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of customer concerns.
Identify suitable sales opportunities during customer interactions.
Recommend relevant products or services based on customer requirements.
Work towards achieving assigned sales and performance targets.
Maintain good customer relationships through effective communication.

Requirements




Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
Must be confident while communicating with international customers.
Should have good sales and convincing skills.
Positive interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Good listening and customer-handling skills.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
