Role & Responsibilities

- Lead technical accounting and financial reporting engagements, providing guidance on complex IFRS and US GAAP matters.

- Prepare and review technical accounting memos, position papers and financial reporting guidance.

- Monitor developments and assess the impact of IASB and FASB standards and projects.

- Support IFRSUS GAAP financial reporting conversions and complex accounting assessments.

- Work closely with US stakeholders, subject matter experts and senior leadership on technical accounting matters.

- Contribute to technical guidance, illustrative financial statements and accounting research.

- Lead, mentor and develop teams of CA/CPA professionals.

- Manage stakeholder expectations, deliverables and timelines while ensuring high-quality outputs.

- Present and communicate complex technical accounting matters to senior stakeholders.

Preferred Candidate Profile





- 10+ years of post-qualification experience in Technical Accounting / Financial Reporting / FAAS / External Audit.

- Qualified CA / CPA / ACCA or equivalent with relevant professional membership.

- Solid hands-on knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP.

- Strong understanding of ISA and US GAAS and experience with external audit.

- Experience in technical accounting, technical memos and financial reporting conversions.

- Strong understanding of IASB and FASB standards and developments.

- Experience working with Big 4 / National Office / Technical Accounting / FAAS teams or similar complex-client environments.

- Proven experience leading and mentoring CA/CPA teams.

- Strong technical research, analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
