We are looking for an experienced Associate Director – IT Procurement to drive strategic sourcing, commercial negotiations, supplier governance, contract lifecycle management, and cost optimization across technology procurement categories.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in IT procurement, strategic vendor management, contract negotiations, and procurement governance, with experience working in large MNCs, global shared services, or established procurement organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic sourcing across software/SaaS, cloud services, IT infrastructure, hardware, telecom, cybersecurity, and IT professional services.

Drive commercial negotiations, vendor management, and supplier governance.

Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle activities in collaboration with Legal, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders.

Identify cost-saving opportunities through spend analysis, license consolidation, and supplier optimization.

Ensure compliance with procurement policies, risk frameworks, and governance standards.

Manage contract renewals, procurement planning,



and vendor performance against SLAs.

Develop MIS reports, procurement dashboards, and management presentations.

Work with procurement platforms such as Coupa, SAP, or Ariba.

Mandatory Skills

8–12 years of hands-on IT/Technology Procurement experience.

Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, commercial negotiations, and contract management.

Proven vendor management and stakeholder management capabilities.

Experience in cost optimization, supplier governance, and procurement compliance.

Exposure to Coupa, SAP, or Ariba.

Robust analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Experience working with large MNCs or global shared services organizations.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience across multiple IT procurement categories, including software/SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, telecom, and IT services.

Certifications such as CPSM, CIPS, CPIM, or CPP would be an advantage.

MBA preferred.
