Preferred candidate profile
- Masters degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 14–15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a strategic HRBP role
- Proven experience partnering with senior leadership in a energetic, matrixed environment
- Strong understanding of HR disciplines: talent management, OD, performance, ER, and compensation
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Darwinbox, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors
