We're Hiring: Associate Dentist

We're looking for a clinically confident dentist who wants to build something — not just clock in. If you want a chair where you can grow a real patient base, sharpen your hands-on skills across the full range of general dentistry, and eventually have a real stake in how the practice runs, this is that chair.

- Role Type : Full time
- Location : Borivali West, Mumbai
- Hours : 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM, 6 days/week (1 weekly off)
- Experience : 2+ years clinical practice
- Qualification : BDS (valid DCI registration)
- Pay : ₹15,000–25,000/month fixed + performance incentives

What You'll Own and Requirements: You'll run your own chair independently — consultations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and execution — with a senior dentist available for the cases that need a second opinion.

- Diagnose and plan treatment for walk-in and scheduled patients
- Independently perform: RCTs, extractions, fillings & restorations,



scaling & polishing, general dentistry
- Train assistant to keep clean, accurate patient records and follow-up schedules
- Flag and refer complex cases to the senior dentist/specialist
- Work as one team with the clinic staff — not in a silo
- English and Hindi fluency; Marathi or Gujarati is a strong plus
