Job Summary

We are looking for an Associate Consultant with 2–3 years of experience to support consulting engagements, analyze business requirements, and work with teams to deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand and analyze business and client requirements.
- Assist in preparing functional and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to understand project needs.
- Support solution design, implementation, and testing activities.
- Identify issues and assist in providing appropriate solutions.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and project updates.
- Participate in client meetings and project discussions.




- Ensure project deliverables are completed within timelines.

Required Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or a related field.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good understanding of project lifecycle and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail.

Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
