Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute assortment plans to drive sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction on Flipkart's platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement in product offerings, pricing strategies, and promotions.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform category decisions and optimize revenue streams.
- Manage relationships with suppliers to negotiate better terms, improve quality standards, and reduce costs.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in category management or related field (e.g., e-commerce development).
- Solid understanding of e-commerce marketing principles, including range planning and assortment planning.
- Proficiency in using tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms to analyze data-driven insights.
