Role Description The Assistant Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Patel Nagar, responsible for supporting daily store operations and ensuring a smooth customer experience. This role includes supervising store staff, assisting with shift scheduling, and monitoring adherence to company policies and procedures.

The Assistant Store

Manager helps manage inventory, oversees merchandise display and store cleanliness, and coordinates with the Store Manager on sales targets and promotional activities.



Day-to-day tasks also involve handling customer inquiries and service issues, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records for sales and stock. The role requires active participation in team training, performance feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance store efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

- Operational management skills, including experience in store or retail supervision, inventory handling, and basic sales reporting.
- Customer service and communication skills to manage customer interactions, resolve concerns, and support a positive in-store experience.
- Team leadership abilities to guide staff, support training, delegate tasks, and promote a collaborative work environment.
- Organizational and time management skills for coordinating schedules, managing daily tasks, and meeting store performance goals.
- Basic numerical and computer skills to operate point-of-sale systems, maintain records, and use standard office or retail software.
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or store operations is preferred; experience in technology or service-oriented businesses is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Patel Nagar, including weekends or extended hours as required by store operations.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, retail management, or a related field is beneficial.
