? We’re Hiring | Sales Executive / Assistant Sales Manager – EPR & ESG

Nirmal Vasundhara Private Limited is expanding its EPR, Sustainability & ESG Consulting business and we are looking for a motivated, result-oriented professional to join our Business Development team.

? Location: Bengaluru / Chennai / Hydearabad – Preferred

? Experience: 2–5 Years

? CTC: Up to ₹30,000 per month

? Qualification: EHS / Environmental Engineering / Sustainability or related field

? Key Responsibilities

- Generate and convert new business opportunities for EPR, Sustainability Reporting & ESG Consulting services.
- Achieve monthly targets for client acquisition and onboarding.
- Conduct field visits across industrial estates, manufacturing clusters and corporate offices.
- Identify and connect with key decision-makers including CXOs, Plant Heads, EHS Heads, Sustainability Heads, Procurement Heads and other business stakeholders.
- Schedule and coordinate senior-level client meetings.
- Build a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, references and client visits.
- Develop and maintain long-term corporate relationships.
- Represent the company professionally at client meetings and industry events.




- Maintain accurate CRM records and submit weekly business development reports.

✅ Confident and professional approach to corporate client interactions

✅ Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region

✅ Self-driven, target-oriented and comfortable with field sales

✅ Ability to independently generate leads and develop business

✅ Experience in EHS, Sustainability, Environmental Consulting, Compliance or related services will be preferred

This is a field-intensive Business Development role for a professional who wants to build a career in the growing EPR, Sustainability & ESG sector.

The selected candidate will work closely with corporate clients and senior management to identify opportunities, develop relationships and contribute directly to the company's growth.
