Role & Responsibilities
- Support the RGM in managing daily restaurant operations and achieving business targets.
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service and operational performance.
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, safety, and adherence to company SOPs.
- Monitor inventory, wastage, cash handling, manpower, and shift operations.
- Handle customer concerns and support the RGM in achieving sales and profitability targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate preferred with 2+ years of experience in QSR/Restaurant operations.
- Candidates with prior Assistant Restaurant Manager / Shift Manager experience preferred.
- Strong team handling, leadership, and communication skills.
- Customer-focused with valuable problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and rotational shifts.
