Job Purpose:

We are seeking a energetic and experienced Assistant Professor / Soft Skills & Corporate Trainer to design and deliver impactful training programs in English language/communication.

Qualifications:

- Educational: Postgraduate in English
- Experience: 2-4 years of teaching/research experience in reputed institutions/ corporate

Key Responsibilities: Teaching & Curriculum Development





- Teach undergraduate courses in English, Communication Skills, and Professional Ethics.
- Design, review, and update course content to align with AICTE and RTU guidelines.
- Conduct lectures, tutorials, workshops, and seminars using innovative pedagogical techniques.
- Evaluate student progress through assessments, assignments, and exams.

Student Mentorship & Development

- Provide academic and career counselling to students.
- Encourage student participation in debates, communication clubs, and other co-curricular activities.
- Promote ethical and value-based education.
