Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Assistant Manager / Manager – Marketing for a full-time, on-site role based in Andheri, Mumbai.

The candidate will be responsible for leading and strengthening the marketing functions across multiple branches, developing structured marketing processes, managing the marketing team, maintaining brand consistency, overseeing budgets and vendors, and driving measurable lead-generation and business outcomes.

The role requires a strong combination of strategic marketing, stakeholder management, process development, sales orientation and team management. The ideal candidate should be able to manage multiple branch requirements, work effectively with multiple stakeholders, and implement a consistent and results-driven marketing strategy across the organisation.

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Work Mode: Full time,

Onsite Shift: 7.00am to 3.30pm IST

Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably worked in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: Rs. 12 to 18 lacs (Based on experience, skills and overall suitability for the role).

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

· Develop and execute a marketing strategy aligned with business and branch objectives. · Establish a centralised marketing calendar covering campaigns, promotions, events and seminars.

· Plan and prioritise marketing initiatives based on business impact and branch requirements.

· Establish structured processes for marketing briefs, approvals, execution and reporting.

· Streamline marketing requests and reduce ad-hoc activities.

1. Lead Generation & Campaign Management

· Plan and manage digital, paid and organic campaigns, social media, content, events, seminars and referral initiatives.



· Drive qualified leads and support branch-level conversion targets.

· Manage the lead lifecycle from generation and allocation to follow-up, and conversion

· Analyse lead and sales data to identify gaps and improving conversion.

· Implement re-engagement strategies for prospective and inactive leads.

· Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and marketing ROI.

· Maintain accurate lead and conversion tracking through the inhouse CRM.

1. Brand & Content Management

· Maintain consistent brand standards across the branches. · Oversee content, creative, design and marketing communications.

· Support localised campaigns while maintaining overall brand guidelines.

1. Team Management

· Build and manage an effective marketing onshore & offshore team aligned with business requirements. · Define clear goals, KPIs and performance expectations.

· Coach and develop team members to enhance their performance.

1. Budget & Vendor Management

· Develop and manage the marketing budget. · Monitor expenses, campaign ROI and cost efficiency.

· Manage agencies, vendors and external marketing partners.

1. Stakeholder Management

· Act as the primary marketing contact person for the branch directors. · Understand branch requirements while maintaining one consistent marketing process.

· Build strong relationship with the Directors, conduct regular marketing reviews and manage competing priorities.





· Use data and commercial insights to guide decisions and reduce ad-hoc requests.

1. Reporting & Analytics

· Develop branch-wise marketing performance reports. · Monitor campaign performance, lead generation, conversion and marketing spend.

· Present actionable insights and recommendations to management.

· Use performance data to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.

Key Deliverables

· A centralised marketing operating model across the branches.

· Effective annual/monthly marketing calendars and workflows.

· Defined marketing team structure and responsibilities.

· Consistent brand and creative standards.

· Effective marketing budget and vendor management.

· Stronger stakeholder alignment.

· Measurable improvement in lead volume, lead quality, conversion and cost per acquisition/enrolment.

Qualification & Skills

· 8+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably worked in a multi-branch environment.

· Strong experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, social media, content and lead generation.

· Experience in team management, campaign planning and marketing operations.

· Strong understanding of marketing analytics, lead funnels, conversion metrics and ROI.

· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

· Robust planning, prioritisation and problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
