We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Assistant Manager Trainee to join our team. The candidate will undergo training and gradually take responsibility for team coordination, daily operations, reporting, and staff management.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the manager in managing day-to-day operations.
Coordinate and supervise team members.
Monitor employee attendance, performance, and work progress.
Prepare daily/weekly reports and maintain records.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee coordination when required.
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
Handle staff queries and coordinate with different departments.
Assist in achieving team targets and operational goals.
Take responsibility for assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
Learn managerial responsibilities and gradually take independent charge of operations.
Required Skills

Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
