Job Title: Assistant Manager - Training

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager - Training. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of training programs for employees across various functions. You will collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and create tailored content that aligns with the organization's goals.

Additionally, you will evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop training programs, workshops, and materials that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the topics covered.




- Collaborate with various departments to identify their training requirements and align training initiatives with business objectives.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Prepare training reports and maintain training records for compliance and future reference.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development to continuously improve training methodologies.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and ensuring they receive the necessary training and resources to succeed.

Skills and Tools Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey information and engage with employees.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple training programs simultaneously.
- Proficient in various training methods, including classroom training, e-learning, and hands-on workshops.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) to track training progress and manage training materials.
- Ability to assess training needs through analysis and surveys to develop relevant content.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools.
- A degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, Education, or a related field is preferred.
