Responsibilities ● Recruitment of Workers for Furniture Industry like Carpenters/Welders/Fitters/Polishers/Stitching Trained Persons from Reputed Furniture Industries/ through Campus Interview for ITI Trained Persons and with Reference of Existing Workers and Local advertisements. ● 80% IR/HR Job and 20% Office Work and Trainings of Workers/Staff ● Coordinate and conduct meetings with workers on attitudinal and functional issues ● Maintain a solid and effective Grievance Redressal System ● Maintain discipline across different plants/units of the Company ● Assist in HR, IR and payroll-related activities as required ● Handle worker-related issues and maintain healthy employee–management relations Preferred Candidate: A mature, responsible and result-oriented person with practical exposure to Industrial Relations and Procurement of Workers. ?
